Cinnamon Raisin Couscous
Recipe

1 cup of couscous
1 cup of raisins
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 diced apple
1 cup of boiling water
1) Add couscous to one cup of boiling water. Cover and let sit for five minutes. Fluff with a fork,
2) Soak raisins in hot water for ten minutes and then strain.
3) Add cinnamon to couscous and mix well
4) Lightly saute apples in vegetable oil for five minutes
5) Mix raisins and apples in couscous. Stir well and serve
