Recipe

Ingredients:
2lbs flour
8 eggs
1 tablespoon of oil
8 tablespoons of water
1 cup of powder sugar

Directions:
In a large pot, drop in the flour. Make a hole in the center of the flour and drop in the eggs. Mix will. Add oil and water. Work the ingredients with hands and continue mixing until there is an even consistency. Cut the dough into 10-12 balls and. Spread flour on top and cover with a towel. Leave covered balls for one hour. Use a roller to toll each ball until it is about 1mm flat. Cut 5cm x 30cm long strips. Add more flour and cover strips with a towel. Lay the strips on a backing sheet. Heat oil in a pot, do not boil. Shake flour off of the strips. Stick one side of the strip w a large fork while holding the other side with your hand. Put the fork end in oil while holding the other end. Roll strip around fork with in oil. This must be done rapidly so as not to burn the strips. Out strip in the strainer to remove excess oil. Put on a plate to serve and sprinkle with powder sugar.
